Gary Bauer is vice president and co-founder of Corporate Construction Services where his responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting and field supervision of all ongoing projects. Gary also oversees the daily operations of CCS’s Pleasanton field office.
Gary has played an integral role in the successful completion of numerous projects, including the Washington Mutual Bank Phase II ATM rollout in which he was in charge of managing all phases of the installation of 19 ATMs in the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area.
Other notable projects include his oversight on a portion of the Wells Fargo and First Interstate Bank merger where he managed the conversion of 23 branches in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also completed an ADA upgrade project for Wells Fargo Bank that affected 16 branches, and served as project manager during the Bank of America and Security Pacific merger.
Gary has an associate degree from Ohlone College and has held a B-1 General Contractor’s license in active and good standing since 1980. He also holds certifications in construction management and contract law from Chabot College as well as a supervisor’s certification for asbestos abatement.
