Dan Knight is president and co-founder of Corporate Construction Services where his responsibilities include project procurement, planning, scheduling and budgeting. Dan also oversees the day-to-day operations of CCS’s flagship office in Sacramento.
Dan has played an integral role in the successful completion of numerous projects, including the Washington Mutual Bank Phase II ATM rollout project, the Washington Mutual Bank and Home Savings of America conversion, and a portion of the Wells Fargo and First Interstate Bank merger, to name a few.
Prior to founding CCS with Gary Bauer in 1995, Dan worked for the Satulah Group where he gained extensive corporate facilities experience in the areas of acquisitions and mergers, project budgeting, scheduling and project management.
During his time at the Satulah Group, Dan served as project manager on First Interstate Bank’s $15 million Sacramento Savings Bank conversion project as well as district project manager on First Interstate Bank’s San Diego Trust merger. He also served as project manager on Bank of America’s 600-branch merger of Security Pacific.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Public Administration and Urban Planning from San Diego State University. Dan’s postgraduate work includes a course in property management with a management certificate from the San Diego Apartment Association.
